Welcome to the Soneva Fushi Dining experience. Together with the Executive Chef, the entire Food and Beverage team have the same objective - which is to meet and exceed your expectations.

We have ingredients of the highest quality and have them delivered to the island and send as pure and fresh as they might have been served at their origin.  With this philosophy in mind our menus benefit from the abundance of fresh fish  from the local Maldives Ocean.

Dining options at Soneva Fushi are designed to make your stay on Kunfunadhoo diverse, exciting and slightly adventurous. Our Chef and his multi-national brigade of chef's work to produce a combination of dishes that allow the East to meet the West in culinary terms. 

There is a wine list with an international content that covers many recognised and some unrecognised, wine producing countries in both hemispheres, to compliment the dining options. The mix of new world wines and good French classics offers you the opportunity to fulfill the dining experience despite both cultural and climate challenges.
