Ulusaba is a private game reserve where you can experience nature and wildlife combined with luxury in the heart of Sabi Sands Game Reserve in South Africa. Owned by Sir Richard Branson, the two luxury safari lodges are exclusive and private so you are able to experience the wild life of Africa right at your doorstep, while also experiencing the type of service you would get in a five star hotel.

Situated on 13,500 hectares of untouched African bush full of game wildlife and includes activites such as luxury safari game drives in open land rovers with experienced and knowledgeable trackers and game rangers, safari game walks, indulge in the boutique spa or simply enjoy a game of tennis!

At this luxury game reserve, there are two luxury safari lodges – the Rock Lodge and the Safari Lodge. Both are private and secluded and enable you to relax in style and comfort while on your safari holiday. The Rock Lodge is situated at the very top of a rocky hill and therefore provides magnificent views over fields of African bush and roaming game with the Drakensberg Mountain Range in the background. The Rock Lodge can accommodate between 16 – 20 guests in 8 rooms. The Safari Lodge is built on the dry riverbeds of Mabrak River. The rooms here are built in a “tree house” style which gives you fantastic views of game wondering by below on their way to the watering hole.

Included in your luxury safari rates are game drives on board four wheel drives – viewing wild game in their natural habitat is a once in a lifetime experience that you won’t forget. Other activities might include bird watching, star gazing, a game of tennis, and moon lit bush dinners. Also included are daily walks to observe the animals you might miss while out on a game drive. Ulusaba also has a spa called the Aroma Boma Virgin Touch Salon which offers many wonderful treatments to help you rejuvenate. In addition to this there is a gymnasium and a wine cellar which is at no additional cost.
